This work grew out of a real search: questions that would not rest, encounters with life and loss, and the conviction that science and inner experience can belong together. Maybe you know the feeling that outside answers often do not hold up. Here you will find a path that speaks from experience and invites you to deepen your own.

There was no finished thesis at the start, but a search for meaning and vitality. Boundary experiences, years of transformation, and the encounter with water as a living medium released the questions that run through this work.
Neither purely scientific nor purely spiritual. This work weaves systems thinking, lived practice, and inner experience. What is claimed should be verifiable. What is not verifiable is marked as experience and as an invitation to test for yourself.
This work does not seek to convince, but to invite. What cannot be claimed is not claimed. The boundary between evidence, plausibility, and personal experience remains visible, and you are invited to bring your own perspective.
