This work grew out of a real search – from questions that would not rest, from encounters with life and loss, and from the conviction that science and inner experience do not have to be at odds. Maybe you know the feeling that answers from outside often don’t hold up. Here you’ll find a path that speaks from experience – and invites you to deepen your own.

Anyone asking where a work speaks from will find three threads here: the origin, the working method, and the approach to limits.
There was no finished thesis at the start, but a search for meaning and vitality. Boundary experiences, years of transformation, and the encounter with water as a living medium released the questions that run through this work.
Neither purely scientific nor purely spiritual. This work weaves systems thinking, lived practice, and inner experience. What is claimed should be verifiable. What is not verifiable is marked as experience – and as an invitation to test for yourself.
This work does not seek to convince, but to invite. What cannot be claimed is not claimed. The boundary between evidence, plausibility, and personal experience remains visible – and you are invited to bring your own perspective.
