Its public doorway is the sentence: The fault lies with the sufferer. The sentence is not used as blame. It is used as a precise inner question: where does suffering arise in me, and what binding becomes visible there? One practical bridge in that return is Pratikraman.

Remember Water Is the Holy Grail begins with water as the medium in which biological order becomes possible. The Nexus Protocol makes that order practical through hydration, breath, movement, nutrition, nervous system regulation, and connection.
