We search for life among the stars. Yet we touch it every day. And overlook how extraordinary it is.
Look closely. Water turns to ice. Melts. Plunges into the depths. It shapes landscapes. And in your cells, it enables the chemistry of life.
You don't merely stand apart from this world. You belong to it. Deep within your own body.
I spent years gathering answers. In science, in spiritual teachings, within myself. But understanding more did not yet mean living more consciously.
My work began with a pause. What if I don't need to find what is most precious? What if I need to learn to notice it again?
That is why I call water the Holy Grail. To me, it reveals the preciousness of what sustains us every day.
By the water of forgetting, I mean a metaphor: We take without noticing. We consume without feeling connected. We chase the next great experience. And lose sight of the life right before us.
To me, remembering means recovering that awareness.
Science, too, has more to discover. Researchers are studying molecular hydrogen: a gas that can dissolve in water. Early studies in humans explore possible health effects. Others show no clinical benefit for the condition studied. This is a research question. Not yet a promise of better health.
I am fascinated by what we might still discover. That is precisely why I want to distinguish carefully: What do we know? What do we suspect? And what do I wish for so deeply that I would like to believe it?
For me, wonder and honest inquiry belong together.
But I want my search to go further. To how I treat what is alive. This Earth. Another person. Myself.
What good is the most beautiful idea of connection if I overlook the person in front of me?
Perhaps our answer begins quite quietly. We stop. Listen. Give some of our time. And something we had begun to take for granted becomes precious again.
That is why my work begins with water. It reminds me that life is a gift. And that gratitude can lead to action.
What would you treat differently today if you could see its value again?
Remember.

The Holy Grail and the water of forgetting are personal interpretations and metaphors here. The passage on dissolved molecular hydrogen is not a general health promise or evidence for a particular water brand.
